Livonia is a big west-Wayne suburb. Street by street matters: which blocks flood, which have been updated, and which school the house feeds. Livonia Public Schools has Churchill, Franklin, and Stevenson, with Clarenceville and Plymouth-Canton on the edges. I look up which school that house actually feeds. It's not always the one on the listing.

Areas I get asked about: Rosedale Gardens (older streets, bigger lots); Coventry Gardens (quieter, central); the brick-ranch belts along Five Mile, Newburgh, and Farmington; north / Laurel Park (condos mixed with ranches). If your street isn't on this list, text me the address.
