I'm Dave, I work Detroit's west side — Livonia, Westland, Canton, Plymouth, most of South East Michigan and beyond.
Most of my early life was construction and blue-collar work. That's still how I look at a house. I'll walk it and flag obvious issues or other repairs that are going to cost you. A lot of agents don't catch that stuff. I do, because I've actually done the work.
Honesty is the point. I'd rather you know what's wrong with the house now than buy it, find out later, and hate me for it. That's what I tell people, and I mean it.
If you're selling, you get a straight answer on what will bite you, and the right strategy. If you're buying, we look together — move-in ready, or a place you want to get your hands dirty on. I don't rush buyers. I listen, and I'll tell you the truth.
