Dave is a grade A real estate agent, and I would strongly recommend him. He has great knowledge of houses, pointing out all the things you might not see, and of local markets. He is available and communicative, always taking time to talk through questions and discuss plans. And he is skilled in negotiation and knows all the little tricks to help you win the house.
